At Art Wave Creations, we stand behind our work and want you to be happy with our products. We do not offer refunds on any order but if an item arrives
damaged, we will replace it with a comparable item. Each item is unique so the exact same item may not be replaced. Please carefully inspect your order upon
arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies. After the 24-hour window we will assume the products are as expected. Please send photos of damaged
items so that we can contact the shipping company.
